National Bank of Kazakhstan, a central bank of the country, devalued the tenge by 18%, making stocks rise the highest in last 3 months.

Kazakhstan intends to keep its currency at about 150 tenge per US$ after devaluation, with fluctuation of 3% on either side of this rate.
