The Uzbekistan Government to boost economic growth with 10.8% GDP forecast for 2010
 During the following session of the fraction which held in Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, members were considering the future forecast by the end of 2009 and 2010.

By our estimate we lined the GDP forecast for 2009 in the range of  8.1-8.5% where the government reported their forecast 8.1% GDP growth, with industrial output volumes of 9,1 %, agriculture production on 5 %.

We estimated GDP to grow by 9% in 2010, and the government exceeded our forecast with 10.8% of growth rate.

In 2008, growth rate of GDP was 9 %, with the growth of industrial output at 12,7 %, manufactures of consumer goods at 17,7 %, volumes of services at 21,3 %, capital investments at 28,3 %, real income of the population at 23 %, the volume of retail goods turnover at 18,4 %, and volume of paid services to the population at 24,7 %.
